• send you notifications about messages received by you and other notifications related to your activities on the Justscipt platform,
• verify you as a writer or producer for the purposes of fraud prevention and fraud detection to protect you and the Justscript platform.
• provide access to the information (Name, Surname and account in social networks) contained in the Scriptwriters profile to all verified Producers registered on the Site.
2.2. Age information.
This is necessary in order to make sure that:
• the services of our website are only used by persons over 18 years of age,
• we can enable additional search filters by age intervals, in the event producers organize Competitions among screenwriters using detailed criteria.
2.3. Information about your city/country of residence.
This is necessary in order to:
• enable an additional search filter by territory, in cases where producers organize competitions among screenwriters using territory-specific criteria.
2.4. Information about your payments.
This is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
2.5. Your history of communication with us. (Information you provide, such as by phone (from a telephone conversation or voice message recording when you call our customer service line or when you receive a call from our employees) or by email).
This is necessary for:
• performance of our contractual obligations to you and the availability of evidence in the event of a dispute regarding the quality of services and (or) the performance of your contractual obligations, as well as in order to provide you with the highest level of service.
2.6. Order history and payment method
This is necessary for:
• performance of our contractual obligations to you.
2.7. Information received when you connect through Google, Facebook or Linkedin.
This is necessary in order to:
• provide more convenient conditions for using our platform.
2.8. We use your personal data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and where necessary to comply or defend legal requirements. For this reason, we process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, in an effort to protect and ensure our own, yours and others rights.

We disclose your financial transaction details to our payment service providers only to the extent necessary to complete payment transactions and resolve disputes.

We only engage with such service providers who have implemented / commit to implement appropriate technical and organizational means that would ensure an appropriate level of security in data processing corresponding to the risk of violation of the rights and freedoms of individuals whose data will be processed, and such data processing would comply with the requirements of the General data protection regulation.
3.4. We may share your personal data not only in the specified cases, but also in the performance of our legal obligations, as well as when it becomes necessary to protect the vital interests of you or others. With your consent, for direct marketing purposes, we may share your personal data with our partners who provide marketing services to us.

4. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA
4.1. In each case, we store your personal data for no more than is necessary to achieve specific purposes.

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us on whether we are processing your personal data or not. If we process your personal data, you have the right to get acquainted with the processed personal data and with information about its processing, such as the purposes of processing personal data, categories of the personal data, recipients of the personal data, etc.
However, you will not be able to exercise this right in cases where it may adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons.
5.5. We have the right to refuse to provide your processed data if the circumstances specified in legal acts are established, in the presence of which the data is not provided.
5.6. The right to request correction of the personal data we hold. 
You have the right to clarify any inaccurate personal data about you and, taking into account the purposes of processing, to complete any inaccurate personal data.

You can exercise this right when:
(i) the personal data are no longer needed to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
(ii) you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
(iii) you do not consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of our legitimate interest or the interest of a third party;
(iv) personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes,
(v) personal data has been processed unlawfully;
(vi) personal data must be deleted in compliance with the requirements of legal acts that apply to us.

7.1. The services provided on our website are intended for persons over 18 years of age. In some loyalty programs or conditions for novice author competitions, other, lower age restrictions may be provided for participants.
7.2. If we have reasonable doubt that we are processing data of persons younger than those specified in this section, we will delete the data of such persons from the databases.

8.1. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect how we process your personal data.
